Flight from Kristiansand to Alicante (direct). Upon arrival, there will be a transfer to Hotel Cap Negret in Altea.
Check-in and joint dinner at the hotel, where we will get to know each other and start the week together.

Give yourself a week filled with energy, movement and well-being in sunny Altea on the Costa Blanca. With City Fitness & Expa Travel. An inspiring training trip where training, community and relaxation go hand in hand – surrounded by the sea, mountains and Mediterranean atmosphere.
During the week, you will get 2–3 varied training sessions daily, all outdoors in the fantastic climate and beautiful surroundings of Altea. Here, functional training, strength, mobility, pulse and mindfulness are combined in a way that suits both body and mind.
This is the trip for those who want to recharge with laughter, workouts and wonderful energy! Between activities, you can relax by the pool or on the beach, with the hotel's facilities within easy reach.
There are also opportunities for afterhike, city life, sightseeing, bubbles and perhaps a little shopping – for those who wish. Simply days that provide a boost of energy, knowledge and social companion!
We stay at the beautiful Cap Negret Hotel, located right on the beachfront and within walking distance of Altea. All rooms have their own balcony, and the hotel features a great, large gym with all facilities.
The outdoor area includes a large pool, sun loungers, and outdoor seating. For those wishing to rent a bike, there is bicycle rental just 200 meters from the hotel.
On this trip, full board is included at the hotel, with a rich breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet every day – from dinner on the first day up to and including breakfast on the final day.

The trip is suitable for anyone in average physical shape and above, offering shared physical activities, nice hikes, and social gatherings. We adapt hikes and workout sessions to the group, featuring fun and varied activities every day. You control the intensity of the workouts yourself.
No problem – you are guaranteed to make new friends! You choose how many sessions you want to participate in, and of course, there are plenty of great food and drink experiences arranged along the way.

For those who wish to hike
For the hikers, meeting point is after breakfast for transport to the foot of Sierra Bernia. There we will meet Anne Grethe, who is the guide for today. The hike here is spectacular, and the mountain formation is impressive with its four kilometers of beautiful ridges. The mountain rises high above the surrounding towns, and along the way we explore, among other things, an old fort and several caves with cave paintings over 8,000 years old.
The fort dates back to the 16th century, where it was used as a lookout post for the Spanish army. Here they kept watch over both the coast and the Guadalest Valley to spot any approaching pirates.
One of the highlights is when we crawl through the famous “Sierra de Bernia hole”. This natural tunnel takes us from one side of the mountain to the other – a cool experience!
Lunch is enjoyed at a restaurant up in the mountains, where we are served homemade paella. It tastes extra good after the day's physical activity.
