The lake is located in Northern Italy, between Brescia and Verona, and is the largest lake in Italy. It is 51.6 km long, with an area of 370 km² and a volume of approx. 50 km³.
South of the lake there is a rolling landscape, while it becomes more dramatic and narrow towards the north, with mountains like Monte Baldo and the Brenta Dolomites towering in the background. Here you will find both tranquility and action, with plenty of opportunities for activities on land, on water, and in the mountains – a perfect place for both active travelers and those who just want to relax.
