Erik Holme

Erik is a trained physiotherapist and osteopath and has practiced these disciplines for over 30 and over 20 years respectively. After 7 years in Germany, he returned to Norway and worked at several clinics before co-founding an interdisciplinary clinic in 2005. In the period leading up to 2014, he served as general manager during several periods. Since 2014, he has been the general manager at Fokus Trening and has worked as an osteopath at Fokus Klinikk. Erik is a former active sailor and handball player, and has always enjoyed physical activity. In recent years, his sporting interests have moved increasingly towards cycling and skiing. In terms of languages, Erik is fluent in Norwegian, English, and German. Erik works as a tour guide for Expa Travel. In his private life, Erik is happily married to Cathrine, and together they have two wonderful, grown-up daughters.
