Bjørn Tore Woll

Bjørn Tore is above average interested in both road and mountain biking. He is the leader of Northern Norway's largest cycling club, Harstad Cykleklubb. In the summer of 2014, he completed Offroad Finnmark 300 km, and he generally participates in a number of other (more or less insignificant :-)) recreational races. His goal is as always to complete with style, followed by socializing with friends, as well as food and wine. Bjørn Tore, or BT among friends, has a positive outlook on people, is an optimist, and believes in the combination of training and reward. A harsh encounter with the gravel at the Birkebeineren race in 2014 resulted in a broken collarbone and animosity with his bike. However, he sees something positive in every situation – a new bike was ordered as a reward and motivation, and a new friendship was established ud83dude42 Bjørn Tore is a lieutenant colonel, educated at the Military Academy and the Staff College, and holds an MBA from ESCP (Paris). He has a varied background from the Armed Forces and has, among other things, served in Kosovo and worked for 4 years at NATO HQ in Brussels. Now he works as a full-time union representative for the Norwegian Officers and Soldiers Association, and as a tour leader for us at Expa Travel. In terms of languages, BT speaks fluent English and French/German in the "restaurant version". He is currently in the process of learning Italian. In his private life, BT is from Northern Norway, is married to Silje, and has three adult children, in addition to 4 stepchildren and a grandchild!
